I'm no expert, but the "javacard" driver should be _after_ muscle I think, as it is the fallback, if no matching applet is found on the card. I fear you will break muscle with that change. you can test yourself, one of the two cyberflex tokens on route to you has a musclecard applet on it, as far as I remember.
