In the end of last year there has be an initiative by the German Privacy
Foundation to extend OpenSC's support of OpenPGP [1]. I don't know about
it's exact status, but the Job's status of the job offer is closed as
fixed [2]. I think, Nguyễn, you should try to find out if they have what
you need. At least the job's description looks like the stuff you are
trying to realize.
