the other problems have been handled already, here's the last one.
You're generally right, but: right now this only works for additional
servers, i.e. you need to have more servers than display tiles, and the
highest load server will give some work to the additional ones.
Yes, it would be good to have this working also for the display servers,
but we haven't gotten around to doing that yet.
