Ok, I let it run right now, let's see what happens.

Unfortunately you broke the make system and the embedded build
on Windows, otherwise most likely I would not have noticed it
so fast ;-).

BTW putting flex output into the repository without the matching
FlexLexer.h is not working. The current svn version breaks with
flex versions < 2.5.4 (e.g. 2.5.3.1) installed. 

But if we include it we have to make sure the build system updates
the file everytime flex is used.
