Yes and no - it's a bit complex. The LGPL is a much less risky license for us to work with - since if it turns out developer code is infringing, it is possible to convert that into a separate library and distribute accordingly under the LGPL.
Nonetheless, it's a welcome change - but we might have to hold until we've got some formal advice before changing the contributor agreement.
