I've noticed that Google Gadgets are now listed in the Orkut sandbox
app directory.  While adding user access to Gadgets inside Orkut is
probably a fine feature enhancement, IMHO it's going to kill any
chance for new OpenSocial apps to get any traction given the size and
userbase of Gadgets.

How will new OpenSocial apps have any chance of being discovered in
such a huge application listing?  Why would anyone add a cool new
"Blackjack" OpenSocial app when 228K users around the web have opted
for the Blackjack Google Gadget?

Doesn't it make more sense to have a separate "Application Directory"
and "Gadget Directory" inside Orkut?
