In orkut Developer's Guide we can see:
"Your home server can use the REST API to communicate with orkut only
if orkut users are using your application, within orkut."

- What is the reason for this requirement?
- So, orkut will not allow to an external site to have the same kind
of functionality permited by Facebook Connect? (Google Friend Connect
permits login but doesn't allow the full possibilities of a broader
integration, isn't it?)
