Not really - the use case is that most every java thing that uses 
junit, depends on a different version of junit being there.  Some
go as far as bundling junit.jar with their own stuff just to make 
sure, but if we want people to use the one on OpenSolaris, we need to 
allow for the fact that people will want multiple versions.
