After doing some research we realized that totem does not link against libbrasero-burn directly, but instead just calls the "brasero" application to support CD burning. Therefore, there is no need to modify the exec_attr(4) file for totem. However, both sound-juicer and rhythmbox do link directly against libbrasero-burn, so these libraries still need the change to exec_attr(4).
