Stephan submitted
     PSARC 2008/190 pkg(5): image packaging system (20080310_stephen.hahn)
which would make a great opinion dependency:

"This project depends on, and can not deliver until after 2008/190
integrates and has created the repository infrastructure to support
"caveat emptor" style packages like this."

Part of the confusion is that today, the gate where you integrate carries
overloaded connotations, and we seem to be adding to the list. ON and SFW
now seem to imply wildly different shades of caveat emptor, but that caveat
also depends on $PATH, $BUSINESS_SUPPORT and a host of other intangibles.

Do we need to extend our taxonomies to identify these things, or do we
simply need to extend/reinvent the number of consolidations we put things
into?
