Perl 5.10 already integrated - it's in snv_122 and later, so you should have
it when building the delivery for snv_124.   (See CR 6841312.)

I you'll either have to do parallel delivery for each version, much as you're
already doing for several modules for Python 2.4 & 2.6, or decide only to
support 5.10, and rebuild for it, and adjust the package dependencies to match.
