Hello

I hope this is the right place for my question ...

I have an Expert3D video card which can display at a resolution of [EMAIL
PROTECTED]

This resolution is nice because there are some new LCD monitors who have a
native res. of 1440x900, but with a 60Hz max refresh rate. (esp. the viewsonic
VA1912WB)

I did not understand in Sun docs if the 76Hz is a fixed refresh rate or if it
is a maximum refresh rate. I'd like to know if it could run at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Someone in another thread
(https://opensolaris.org/jive/thread.jspa?messageID=5848) said he used his
XVR100 with a resolution of [EMAIL PROTECTED] (the XVR100 has the same specs
than Expert3D, [EMAIL PROTECTED]), but with specific drivers.

Is a new driver needed to run the Expert3D at 1440x900x60Hz ?

Regards,

Yann
