I think the best approach is posting them regularly to the opensolaris.org web page. The reports are a good way to let outsiders know what the opensolaris community as a whole is talking about without having them sign up to the list or search the jive forums. A link in the opensolaris front page pointing to these reports that is easily accesible would be cool too:
