Yes we are working on the SunStudio 11 build of Solaris. There are some
bugs that need to be fixed and they will be done fairly shortly,
however, at this time the bugs are not show stoppers. Solaris builds
and boots.
If you want to try with SunStudio 11 then please does so. While it
is not officially supported I will be interested in any results/bugs
you find.
