For the license, what if the source code uses some GPL/MPL libraries?
It's really a good question. After consulting with our lawyer, she suggests us to handle the license as below:
1. For the creative source,  we need the author to release the code in CDDL;
2. For the derivative source, we should comply with the exiting license. As you mention the GPL/MPL libraries, we will still keep the codes under that license.
