Solaris does not need an antivirus solution. UNIX security model inherently 
does not support virus attack vectors and execution as it does on Windows 
systems.

Viruses on UNIX are useless, because:

1. viruses are written for Windows, and wouldn't run on Solaris

2. even if there were a virus written to run specifically on Solaris, a regular 
user running this virus couldn't do anything to the system.

It's simply pointless.
