Ian, to be frank, you're new here. This sort of thing has gone on for years and while this community is intensely intelligent it is also a very dysfunctional family. Don't expect revelation overnight and don't expect a magic bullet approach. You can lead people into the light but you need to be a leader. Someone that people will follow straight out of the gates of hell. I think we are halfway there.
