Hmm, not sure on that. The symbol above missing to me looks like the Qt library (that the virtualbox GUI wants) is missing, and/or not in the path where the linker is looking for it. The symbol is just a mangled C++ name: /share/SUNWspro_all/i386/latest/SUNWspro/bin/dem _ZTI12QListBoxItem _ZTI12QListBoxItem == typeinfo for QListBoxItem What does 'ldd' say on your virtualbox binary - does it find everything ?
