Nope - bugster is designed to never send any mail outside of sun.com for
security bugs, to avoid accidentally making private/embargoed security bugs
pre-maturely public. Unfortunately, while I've suggested before the security'
flag should be changed from a simple Security boolean, where Security=Private,
to a "Security+Private", "Security+Public", and "Not Security" state flag, it's
not been possible to change the system to do that.

This is one of the many reasons we chose to start the migration to bugzilla for
OpenSolaris bug reporting.
