Hey Paul,

You would issue: pfexec pkg install <pkgname>

And until you're familiar with OpenSolaris package naming conventions, you might prefer to use the graphical package manager (System- >Administration->Package Manager) where you can see/search a list of available packages, and select which ones to install.

(As an aside, if you're really looking for a Flash package, you won't find it in the default package repository due to Adobe's licensing terms. To add the correct repository, follow the instructions at http://pkg.sun.com , completing the free registration process first if you don't already have a Sun Online account.)
