lpadmin(1m) -o options are server side only. They are stored in the LP server configuration and actually could be overridden by a requester in many cases, though 'banner', et al is a "special" case. At any rate, Nibal's configuration is a Solaris client configuration, so it will not see or honor lpadmin(1m) -o options. Under CUPS (on Solaris or any other system), it would because CUPS has a slightly different model of printing. The CUPS equivalent would be "lpadmin -p printer -o job-sheets-default=none,none", but it can be overridden by the requester.
