Please look at this thread where we resolved a problem with the Pro100 VE

You need to update  /etc/driver_aliases   as the Pro100 VE does not  exist in 
Solaris lists 
of known  iprb   devices.  if your Device Code is  1094 : 

# update_drv -a -i '"pci8086,1094"' iprb
