Assuming you only see one network interface when you run ifconfig -a (lo0 - the loopback interface), please run the command:
prtconf -v and post the output here. This will give us the precise device ID of your network interface, which may or may not be the one Lars has specified above. Lars: did you file a bug report about this? There is a bug filed for a similar NIC with device ID 1064 (bug ID 6508679 which is marked "4-Defer:No Resource Available") but I couldn't find one for this device ID.
