I've been using Linux since the days of Soft Landing Systems installing from a box of floppies. I had some experience with SunOS (before it was rebranded as Solaris) in the mid 1990s.
I'm now planning to augment my Linux infrastructure with OpenSolaris and the killer technology which is ZFS. If I buy Solaris 10 books, will they directly apply to OpenSolaris? If so, why do none of the Solaris 10 books that I find at my local book store mention anything about ZFS? Please advise on the best and most recent published book that would help me to become competent to administer an OpenSolaris box given a Linux and limited SunOS background. -- Thanks.
