[osol-help] Advanced Desktop Effects

I changed my desktop effects setting to enable more effects and got full compiz 
functioning but now cant open any of my usb drive files (shows the drive but no 
contents).  Whats more it wont let me go back and change back the desktop 
efects setting to where it was.  Thanks.
