Yes.

I would also look at Solaris, as the ./config will try and look
for the the Solaris Workshop cc or gcc, and Solaris 10 comes with
gcc which uses the Solaris loader, rather the the guu ld.
While trying to build the openssl-lfips-1.1.1 on Solaris 10, it had a
problem with a -n option to the loader. (I will look closer on Monday.)
