Why do you do that ?
SSLv2 is broken and shouldn't be used in a server
unless it is really needed for legacy applications.

| Error 23 fault: SOAP-ENV:Server [no subcode],
| "SSL_ERROR_SSL
| error:140760FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_CLIENT_HELLO:unknown protocol",
| Detail: SSL_accept() failed in soap_ssl_accept().

Is your server build with SSLv2 enabled and configured
to accept SSLv2 ?
AFAIK newer versions of OpenSSL have SSLv2 disabled by default.

Bye
