Perhaps, signed "data" using "smime" function in RFC 2315 format of openssl with signature at the end and integrate "data" in the pkcs7 to make a CMS RFC2360 format ... but you say it's not possible using asn1parse utility and i can't using asn1.h from eric young because i developpe in Delphi ... so i have no solution ;-))
