Agree 100% to avoid regular meeting and it is better to have bi-weekly
email report. Meeting should be arranged event based, and I think given the
status of OpenStack community's work on resource provider, mostly what we
need to do is attend k8s meetings (sig-scheduler, wg-resource-management,
etc.)

BTW for the RM SIG proposed here, let's not limit the scope to k8s only
since we might have broader collaborative efforts happening in the future.
k8s is our first primary target community to sync up with.
