Does any time on Tuesdays or Wednesdays mean that the (1) volunteer chair for the meeting will set the time, (2) is the time for the meeting the same each week but changes every other week (e.g. AM meeting one week, PM the other), or are we going to (3) use a doodle to determine a new time and the range is Tuesday or Wednesday? If #1 then we should also determine how soon in advance of the actual meeting should the time be set. > > I sense this helps with the timezone issues we all face, as well as brings > together the relevant projects in a moment, while allowing other projects to > filter out unnecessary discussions to help everyone focus further on solving > cross-project issues. > > The rest of the action items are in the etherpad, but since I originally > suggested changing the meeting time, I wanted to circle back on this new idea > specifically.
