[amrith] I sent some summaries to the ML after the summit and I think they were
useful. One thing that I've found to be missing in the dissemination of notes
from the summit is an acknowledgement. Not an acknowledgement of receipt but
rather an acknowledgement of a commitment, an acknowledgement of a discussion
or a decision. We have one construct that we rely on and that is gerrit review
and I'm thinking that there is a class of these communications that we
currently use the ML or etherpads for, and that we should instead wrap with
gerrit review and an approval process. Something like this cross-project, maybe?

Or is this a dumb idea (it's been a while since I've had one of those) ...
