However, if the PPB discusses big things first, perhaps we can limit the scope of the discussion and therefore actually get more consensus from the community. For example, with VCS discussions, the community discussion could be limited to A vs B rather than "What's teh new hotness that all the ninja rockstar programmers are using?" --John
