That's easy (kind of). I will need similar stuff for user pages on the http://languages.opensuse.org/ that will allow users to mark their language proficiency. Template that will allow inclusion of image plus some text, floating on the right side of the article. The only thing that I would not want is square-ish badges that are used on Wikipedia.
