speaking about this particular article, I would say that
it's here from the beginning of the wiki and nobody complain
about it, that it's quite interesting as of his content, but
bdly written for a wiki (many "I" think", "I'm not sure",
not enough titles) and so should be rewritten
We need a {{cleanup}} template, that adds a note that this article
needs attention, and also adds it to category 'cleanup' or similar.
When we find an article that we think needs attention, we add this
template. We can then easily find articles that need attention by
looking in the category. And is a good place for new contributors to
start. As they tend to like editing existing articles, than creating
new ones, to begin with.
I haven't got time now, so feel free to go ahead and create the
template, or I will do it in a couple of days.
