I'm curious - I rarely use any of the sources, except maybe the
SUSE-kernel.  Why is it important to have all of them shipped with the
boxed product?

That's partially what bittorrent is there for.

I thought they did do so too.  I'm just now retrieving the inst-source
tree from a mirror.
