Good question. I am guessing you can do zypper up -r "Main Repo Alias", but I 
am not sure if it would downgrade. 

You could always open YaST and pick the old 7.2 Packages from the main OSS 
Repo or DVD / CD. 

I am running 7.3 from the repo and "am loving it". :o)
