I added the documentation changes to CVS. A reference to how the property tag can set page attributes might be something we would should add at some point.
I'll add Bruce's change sometime tomorrow when I'm not so tired. I'm sure he's tested it well, but there has been so many problems with container compatibility lately that I think we need a comprehensive set of tests for the PropertyTag. I'm interested in finding app servers that have bugs or aren't compliant with the spec referenced in the patch before 1.3. Would you be interested on contributing the PropertyTagTestCase? If not, I'll code it tomorrow night when I add Bruce's change.

I have also corrected the jsp reference page somewhat. The docs on the
property tag now actually describes what it does :P. These changes are also
