One tag that I bumped into today was ww:label which requires the attribute label, but it ain't used for anything. To really get a value you need to use the value attribute.
I know this is a very boring job to search through the taglib.tld but I am quite sure the community will welcome a bug-free and hopefully inconsistency-free tag library.
