I would try to do nothing. Just start the first client. The OTC Server should 
do the rest. On the Client ist Looks like nothing happens but you should found 
the Client in the manager under "pxe Clients" 

If not then First try to deactivate the Firewall on the Terminal Server and try 
again. That was my first problem.
