Yeah, funny thing about that oxygen-free speaker cable - after a few months
when it turns green, it's not oxygen-free anymore.  And then the sound
becomes "colored"  ;-)

My observation about SCSI is that the people that use only SCSI hard drives
have their drives thrashed more than most IDE systems.  I don't know if it's
just because everyone I know who is a SCSI fan is also an AutoCAD user.  But
good lord, their hard drives thrash and thrash and thrash.  What the heck is
AutoCAD doing, not using the 1GB RAM they have and just page faulting
everything to disk?

Hey, watch what you say about Richie Rich!  I read RR comics when I was a
kid, and he was one of my favorite comic book characters.  RR always tried
to see the good in people, and help others in any way he could.  He was a
moral and upright person, as opposed to his cousin Reggie.  Reggie was more
like the type of person you referred to in your post.  These days, it seems
Wall Street is populated by Reggie clones, no Richie's to be found...
