[OpenWFE-users] 1.7.0pre0 and 1.7.0b config files compatibility

Hi,

I've tried reusing some of my .xml config files from 1.7.0pre0 with the new 1.7.0b without success.
In particular, reusing  etc/engine/passwd.xml and etc/engine/logging.xml from pre0 broke functionality in 1.7.0b .
I could not find obvious differences, but starting from the supplied passwd.xml and logging.xml and recustomizing them
restored functionality.  Unless I've done something wrong, a note in future READMEs should point out incompatibilities between distributions.
It might also be useful to solicit specific users of previous releases for specialized testing prior to public distribution.
