Too bad. I can understand the business people point of view, but the devs... Ruby itself makes development of participants a bliss... > I'm a bit disappointed since 1) this will limit my ability to continue > working on Fluxr, and 2) I'm trying to push Ruby at my organization as > much as possible (I have grandiose visions of an enterprise powered by > ActiveResource-centered apps), and so far this has been the first time > when I couldn't make it work :( Thanks for supporting OpenWFEru. I was a bit afraid for Fluxr, you stayed at revision 3 for a very long time. Somehow I'd like to take over. see http://jmettraux.wordpress.com/2007/10/22/xforms-and-openwfe/#comments I'd like to work on Kisha, it would be a bit more encompassing than Fluxr and be based on Rails. As you don't have much time, would you like to continue your "control/correction/advice" work ? Somehow, you have accumulated precious knowledge by trying to push OpenWFEru. I'm thinking especially about the developers. Business analysts want graphs most of the time, so I'm not after them in the short term. Your advices on how to make OpenWFEru more valuable/easy for devs are appreciated. (writing a good and detailed example would perhaps do wonders... Still documentation...) So I'd be glad to have you on board [for Kisha].
