Did you clone the opm-parser Git repository (https://github.com/OPM/opm-parser.git) or download the sources through some other means?

Otherwise opm-core's configure process will fail with the messages you report below. This is precisely what I've tried. opm-parser returns an error: -- Could NOT find CJSON (missing: HAVE_CJSON) fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git CMake Error at opm/parser/share/CMakeLists.txt:14 (string): string sub-command REPLACE requires at least four arguments. -- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!
