I reviewed the document a few revisions ago and posted my thoughts on the list. The authors have done a good job to address my comments, and also the issues highlighted before and during IETF 106. The document is not perfect and will need further work. I feel it is suitable in its latest version and would benefit from WG development and contributions; I support the adoption. BR, Dan.
