Not sure if James or Ton can chime in on this one but I have come across an anomaly regarding escalations in Opsview 3.5. I've seen escalations work before in Opsview because I still get escalated notifications from and old customer system I helped with in the past. Now that we are looking to implement escalations on our distributed system it appears notifications are going out to all escalated contacts from the first notification onward. I suspect it may be an anomaly with the using the SMS notification method. We use a custom SMS script that runs from the master server to send out notifications.
Has anyone else seen issues with Escalations using the SMS notification method initiated from the master server? James Whittington VC3, Inc.
