Hello, I was wondering if there is an option in Opsview to use contactgroups. The idea is to use certain contactgroups for a specific service check. In case of a warning on a full HD only the sysadmin receives an email, but when the UPS goes down the sysadmin + the entire IT-staff gets notified.
I have already tried editing the .cfg files in Opsview but they keep getting overwritten. Is there some sort of trick to achieve what I want? For now the only option I see it to do it is to authorise contacts for a service group, but that doesn't seem like a good solution (I would need duplicate contacts, unstructured servicegroups etc).
