Hi, I've seen no answer to my question, maybe what i want is not clear, i'm not native english speaking, thus i will try to explain "simply"...
I would like to create a notification escalation... First, the notification is sent by EMail to the support team, this notification can be repeated (it's beter repeated, but not absolutly necessary). Secondly, if the support team did not handle the problem before a determined timeout, another notification is sent by SMS to the level 2 support team, but only one SMS. Third, after another timeout, if nobody reacted, another SMS is sent to the level 3 support team, only one SMS. It seems for me a logical escalation, it's how it should work for a lot of monitoring systems... but i do not see with opsview how to only send 1 sms... once the timeout occured, it send another SMS for every renotification interval... How did you handle this kind of escalation ?
