The opsview3.0 one you are reading is specific to Opsview 3 - we only update in 
the opsview-community namespace moving forward.

I've added a check at step 4 to test that you can ssh from the master to the 
slave:

My guess is that the host key hasn't been accepted from master to slave and so 
it fails from the Opsview UI.
