Ok everyone:

<TIM GORMAN TAG>
<RANT>
   As a member of the OW Conference Team, and I Don't work for Oracle, there
are approximately 80 presentations from Oracle "Customers" as they call
them. Yes it used to be a higher amount, however, Oracle is using OW as a
marketing show for their products. If you want "Technical" training, come
to IOUG in Orlando next year. Or even better, submit an abstract for
2004!!!

and you do, of course, work for a major customer of Oracle.

You have never sounded like an Oracle shill at any presentation of
yours that I have attended. :)

There are non-Oracle employees who present. It's harder and harder to
get papers accepted, I sometimes feel as if they look at the abstract a
user submits and think "hm, good topic, let's get one of our people to
do it".
