I've been on interviews where one of the questions was about what "display" setting I needed to make in order to do an install. This is Oracle? This is also documented in the install guide. a better question would have been "what are the steps you take before doing an install?" Standardized tests have standardized answers. The tests end up published (or the interviewees publish the questions) and you get OCP.
